Scope of Work:
Hot Patch Potholes:
Hot Patch 6 potholes on property (see red circles on map for location)
1. Clear area subject to repair of loose material
2. Apply bond coat
3. Install hot mix, shape symmetrically if possible, and roll to compact

Sealcoat
Sealcoat approximately 13,068 sqft of parking lot (see map for area highlighted blue)
1. Barricade all areas you will be working on
2. Clear surface of all loose material, weeds, grass and dirt
3. Edge around parking blocks and non-paved surfaces
4. Apply asphalt sealer per manufactures specifications
a. Include additive if necessary
5. Keep lot clear to allow for curing

Overband Crack-Fill
Hot rubber crack fill approximately 1000 linear feet

Restriping:
Restripe lot to existing layout
