Hot Patch Potholes:
Hot Patch potholes using approximately 5 tons of hot mix or as needed
1. Clear area subject to repair of loose material
2. Apply bond coat
3. Install hot mix, shape symmetrically if possible, and roll to compact

Restriping:
Restripe lot to existing layout
Approximately: 345 parking spots
