Scope of Work:

Sealcoat
Sealcoat approximately 77,101.20 sqft of parking lot (see map for area highlighted blue)
1. Barricade all areas you will be working on
2. Clear surface of all loose material, weeds, grass and dirt
3. Edge around parking blocks and non-paved surfaces
4. Apply asphalt sealer per manufactures specifications
a. Include additive if necessary
5. Keep lot clear to allow for curing

Overband Crack-Fill
Hot rubber overband crack fill as needed

Restriping:
Restripe lot to existing layout
