Scope Of Work
Mill & Pave 2" Depth (PURPLE AREA - Segment 1)
1. The area under consideration comprises approximately 10,761 square feet. (see map for area highlighted purple)
2. Mill pavement to the depth of 2 Inches.
3. All repairs to be shaped symmetrically where possible.
4. Millings and debris will removed from job site area and hauled to proper recycling center. Work area will then be swept and blown clean.
5. Apply asphalt bond coat SS-1H evenly on all surfaces to be paved.
6. Install 2 inches of compacted thickness surface asphalt
7. All areas will be barricaded during and after the repair process.
Restriping:
Restripe Segment 1 lot to existing layout



Mill & Pave 4" Depth (RED AREA - Segment 2)
1. The area under consideration comprises approximately 10,128 square feet. (see map for area highlighted blue)
2. Mill pavement to the depth of 4 Inches.
3. All repairs to be shaped symmetrically where possible.
4. Millings and debris will removed from job site area and hauled to proper recycling center. Work area will then be swept and blown clean.
5. Install 2.5 inches of compacted thickness asphalt leveling course
6. Apply asphalt bond coat SS-1H evenly on all surfaces to be paved.
7. Install 1.5 inches of compacted thickness surface asphalt
8. All areas will be barricaded during and after the repair process.

Restripe Segment 2 lot to existing layout



Mill & Pave 2" Depth (BLUE AREA - Segment 3)
1. The area under consideration comprises approximately 16,425 square feet. (see map for area highlighted purple)
2. Mill pavement to the depth of 2 Inches.
3. All repairs to be shaped symmetrically where possible.
4. Millings and debris will removed from job site area and hauled to proper recycling center. Work area will then be swept and blown clean.
5. Apply asphalt bond coat SS-1H evenly on all surfaces to be paved.
6. Install 2 inches of compacted thickness surface asphalt
7. All areas will be barricaded during and after the repair process.
