Scope of Work:
Sealcoating:
Sealcoat approximately 29,620.80 sqft of parking lot (see map for highlighted area)
1. Barricade all areas you will be working on
2. Clear surface of all loose material, weeds, grass and dirt
3. Edge around parking blocks and non-paved surfaces
4. Apply asphalt sealer per manufactures specifications
a. Include additive if necessary
5. Keep lot clear to allow for curing

Overband Crack-Fill
Hot rubber overband crack fill approximately 800 lineal feet or as needed

Restriping:
Restripe lot to existing layout
