Scope of Work:

Hot Patch Potholes:
Hot Patch potholes on property (see map for red circles around general area - Est 2 tons of hot mix necessary)

1. Clear area subject to repair of loose material
2. Apply bond coat
3. Install hot mix, shape symmetrically if possible, and roll to compact

Sealcoat
Sealcoat approximately 47,000 sqft of parking lot (see map for highlighted area)
1. Barricade all areas you will be working on
2. Clear surface of all loose material, weeds, grass and dirt
3. Edge around parking blocks and non-paved surfaces
4. Apply asphalt sealer per manufactures specifications
a. Include additive if necessary
5. Keep lot clear to allow for curing

Overband Crack-Fill
Hot rubber overband crack fill approximately 4,600 lineal feet or as needed

Restriping:
Restripe lot to DOUBLE LOOP parking
