Scope of Work:
Mill & Pave 4" Depth (Blue)
1. The area under consideration comprises approximately 20,037.60 square feet. (see map for area highlighted blue)
2. Mill pavement to the depth of 4 Inches.
3. All repairs to be shaped symmetrically where possible.
4. Millings and debris will removed from job site area and hauled to proper recycling center. Work area will then be swept and blown clean.
5. Install 2.5 inches of compacted thickness asphalt leveling course
6. Apply asphalt bond coat SS-1H evenly on all surfaces to be paved.
7. Install 1.5 inches of compacted thickness surface asphalt
8. All areas will be barricaded during and after the repair process.

Removal of Parking Lot Islands
1. Remove approximately 276 sqft of parking lot islands (highlighted yellow on map)

Concrete Curb
Concrete Curb Form & Pour - (see orange line on map)
1. Form & pour 200 lineal feet of new curb and gutter using 4,000 psi concrete. Curb will be broom finished.


Concrete Dumpster Pad
Remove and replace concrete dumpster pad approximately 800 sqft (see map for area highlighted red)
1. Area will have the perimeter saw cut and excavated to a depth of 8". Form, place and finish to match existing concrete with 4,000 psi concrete.
2. Barricading: All areas will be barricaded before, during and after the project.
3. Removal and clean up

Removal of Handrail
1. Remove the handrail shown in the below picture
2. Patch hole left by rail

Restriping:
Restripe lot to existing layout
