Scope of Work:
Sealcoat
Sealcoat approximately 6,454 sqft of parking lot (see map for area highlighted blue)
1. Barricade all areas you will be working on
2. Clear surface of all loose material, weeds, grass and dirt
3. Edge around parking blocks and non-paved surfaces
4. Apply asphalt sealer per manufactures specifications
a. Include additive if necessary
5. Keep lot clear to allow for curing

Overband Crack-Fill
Hot rubber overband crack fill approximately 400 lineal feet or as needed

Catch Basin Rebuild 8'x8' - Red Circle on Map
1. Excavate pavement around the catch basin to a depth of 6 inches.
2. Tuck point entering drainage pipes to ensure no furtherer deterioration/erosion of the catch basin area.
Rebuild up to 3 courses of block, and form, pour and finish concrete collar.

Restriping:
Restripe lot to existing layout
