After 5 years of residential property accounting on the SmartSource team at RealPage, Jon was ready to expand his skills into the commercial side of real estate accounting. He’s done just that since he joined the team at the Thomas Duke Company in July 2022, becoming fluent in Common Area Maintenance reconciliation, commission processing, and vendor-bid portals. The property managers at the Duke Company also rely on Jon to produce monthly financial reports for property owners and to help them with cash flow projections and budgeting.
Besides his considerable technical skills, Jon also brings noteworthy people skills. In fact, as a Rose Award nominee in both 2012 and 2013, he was recognized by the Detroit Metro Convention & Visitors Bureau for his outstanding service in the field of hospitality. His combination of social and technical skills makes Jon a valuable asset in a company that emphasizes team performance.
