With a bachelor’s degree in accounting, masters’ degrees in finance and business administration, and prior experience in both corporate and property accounting, Kenny came to the Thomas Duke Company well equipped. He handles all the accounting for 17 properties that range from shopping plazas to large office buildings. In addition, he helps with the monthly reports for a 6-mall portfolio and the financial side of monthly reports sent to property owners. At the Duke Company Kenny has enjoyed learning more about what financials mean for company performance and the processes involved in leasing and lending, including the legal processes. The people he’s met have taught him a lot too, about business strategies, business ethics, and efficiency.
When not at his desk, Kenny enjoys watching TV sports, especially NBA and NFL games and UFC matches. He’s also a big Marvel / DC Comics fan and loves exercising the family dogs.
