Customer focused and dedicated, Laura joined the Thomas Duke Company in 2013 as a receptionist. She put her six prior years of customer-service experience and her versatility to work and quickly rose to the position of marketing and administrative assistant to senior associate Joe Tuomikoski. Wanting to add more value to the North Side team, Laura became a licensed real estate agent in 2014. That team of four relies on her to create marketing materials, maintain its databases and CoStar listings, and oversee all other documents and correspondence. Laura’s excellent organizational skills and eye for detail keep her team’s listings professional, up to date, and accurate. As she greets clients, Laura’s presence at the front desk gives them assurance that their real estate needs will be met with care and excellence.
