Monette is a transplanted Michigander, recently relocating from Southern California. There she was an Assistant Property Manager of a portfolio that included over one million square feet of retail properties. Skilled at designing solutions that nurture tenant/vendor relationships, she thrived in that position. Monette also served as Onsite Operations Manager for The Shoppes at Chino Hills, a 379,000 square-foot open-air lifestyle center developed by the Opus Corporation. She handled the pre-opening, grand opening, and daily management of this
one-of-a-kind shopping and dining destination which also includes 50,000 square feet of office space. Earlier in her career, she worked as a Property Accountant for Essex Realty Management, responsible for accounts receivable, accounts payable, and financial reporting for third-party owners of retail and commercial properties across Southern California. With her fifteen years of high-level property management experience Monette has already become a valuable member of our property management team.
