Working in Washtenaw County, Sarah Grabinski specializes in office and retail property in the Ann Arbor-Saline area, the sale of vacant land for residential and commercial development, as well as apartments and student housing surrounding the University of Michigan. Her most recent transactions, in fact, include the sale of several such student-housing portfolios. In addition, she represented Dynex Industries in the lease and subsequent purchase of a 15,000 square-foot building in the Avis Farms office park and facilitated the first non-bank sale in three years of vacant land for housing development in Pittsfield Township.

Sarah’s versatility with many types of people and transactions is evidenced by her successful negotiation of both national and international leases for Sprint, the global provider of voice, data, and internet services.

A graduate in international business from Central Michigan University, where she was an executive board member of its Professional Real Estate Society, Sarah returns as an invited speaker at the school’s annual real estate conference and generously hosts summer internships for students studying real estate development and finance.
