After graduating from Columbia College in South Carolina, Cynthia Conwell set out for the North, where she joined the Thomas Duke Company in 2022. She began by assisting the Oakland – Macomb County Team but was soon asked to put her considerable communication abilities to work for the Wayne County Team. Chief among those abilities is Cynthia’s skill in graphic design and photo editing. Using storyboard techniques and arresting photos, she creates dynamic brochures, email blasts, and other marketing materials that catch the eye of clients past, present, and potential. She then works to get those materials to their audiences on the most effective timetable. To be sure that both the marketing materials she prepares and the company’s database are accurate, Cynthia gives focused attention to researching listings and the market overall.
