The newest member of the Thomas Duke Company’s property management team is not new to property management at all. Jaclyn Williams grew up in a family of Commercial Real Estate Professional. When it was time to launch her own career, she began at Sovereign Partners, managing a portfolio of 2 million square feet of Class-A multi-tenant office buildings in Metro Detroit. On behalf of tenants that included Bank of America, Merrill Lynch, US Trust, Dickinson Wright, Horizon Global, and BDO USA, Jaclyn oversaw multiple buildouts and large renovations of both buildings and landscaping.
At the Thomas Duke Company she’s extending her considerable management capabilities to all property types. Always willing to get her hands dirty, Jaclyn has learned building mechanics in order to talk to technicians and contractors in their own language. She communicates equally well with building owners and tenants. Approachable and personable, she welcomes conversation about any concern they have, cultivating the strong, professional relationships that keep buildings operating smoothly.
Collaborating with the whole Duke Property Management team, Jaclyn relishes solving the problems and puzzles that crop up daily in buildings so that tenants and owners can stay focused on the business at hand.
