For over 20 years, Mark has been gathering experience, building networks, and developing expertise across the real estate field. Early work with Fidelity National Title taught him to spot and solve transactional problems to bring deals to secure closing. Then he learned all aspects of commercial building design and construction, from acquiring land and negotiating with zoning boards to bringing a project in under cost.
Mark currently sits on the Construction Board of Appeals for the city of Wixom and has helped establish Industrial Development Districts and Commercial Rehabilitation Districts in the area to take advantage of local and state tax incentives.
