The newest member of our property management team, Rebecca is a stickler for particulars. She’s had to be. In her prior position she specialized in managing industrial plant and lab sites that had to meet highly detailed safety and environmental regulations. Rebecca brought that same focused attention to necessary details to her management of Class A office and retail buildings. She made them, too, run like well-oiled machines.
At the Thomas Duke Company, Rebecca manages industrial, office, and retail buildings of all classes. Meeting with owners, she learns their goals, then introduces the kind of detailed processes and procedures she excels in to help ownership not only meet their goals but exceed them.
Rebecca knows that a property of any kind can only be managed well if the owners trust their property manager. That’s what prompted her to join the Thomas Duke Company.
