Senior Executive Manager

For more than 35 years, Tina Nardico Grayshaw has been on the front line of the Thomas A. Duke Company as a positive force for growth and change. Joining the company in 1989 as a receptionist, she quickly rose through the ranks to become its office manager. Now senior executive manager of the Duke Company, Tina oversees the work environment of 30 employees, supervising all administrative staff and communicating skillfully to upper management the needs of employees. She also ensures that sales associates have the resources necessary – from market research and marketing plans to comprehensive listing materials – to conduct business smoothly. Licensed herself in real estate sales, Tina understands the business from the inside. It was that insider knowledge she tapped when she helped develop the company’s West Side Team.

Besides her managerial skills and knowledge of real estate, Tina has contributed to the company her technological capabilities. Over a three-year period she helped create and design the Duke Company’s exclusive, in-house database application. A repository of all prospect/client and property information, the database is the firm’s backbone.

Beyond the office walls, Tina has assisted the CCIM’s Michigan chapter with educational events in the state and organizes the Duke Company’s presence at the annual International Council of Shopping Centers convention.

Truly, she is a Tina-of-all-trades at the Duke Company!
