It took Steve and Bill only 144 days from listing to close to sell the 3,900 square-foot loft/retail building at the corner of Huron and Michigan, 98 of which it was under contract. Thanks to Steve and Bill’s vigorous and strategic marketing campaign, five competing buyers drove the selling price to a final value 19 percent higher than the asking price. Then the Duke Company agents helped the buyer secure financing through a local lender, and they assisted the appraiser by providing sales comps. As a result, the sale was completed seamlessly.

At the closing the seller shook hands with Steve and Bill and said, “You guys thought of everything. You exceeded my expectations.”
