“Integrity” might be the best word to describe the sale of 218 Main Street in Plymouth. Integrity of two kinds.
First, with the sale we helped preserve the historic architectural integrity of the downtown. The charming Victorian property located at 218 Main is directly across the street from city hall. In 2011, I sold it to a long-time client who made it the home of his financial planning company. Since then, he’s dedicated himself to the meticulous upkeep of this architectural gem. When it was time for him to sell, I found a buyer just as committed to preserving the integrity of this icon and of the downtown.
The eventual buyer for the building is also a long-time client, and I know not only his investment interests but also his values. I knew that the Victorian gem matched his real estate needs and the value he places on maintaining the history and charm of downtown Plymouth. He’s the ideal custodian for this landmark.
The sale, then, is also a testament to the relationships of integrity that drive me and the way I do business. Because of those long and strong relationships, I could bring this buyer and seller together in a way advertising never could.
