Choosing the Thomas Duke Company, Andrew Goble chose to come home. He grew up here in Southeast Michigan and always envisioned returning to invest in the community that raised him. He left for a while to study business finance and marketing at Hope College, on the state’s west side. While still a college sophomore, Andrew earned his real estate license, balancing life as a full-time student-athlete and a residential realtor. In his residential sales, he focused on the West Michigan Lakeshore market. Following graduation, Andrew joined a commercial brokerage in Grand Rapids to develop skills in that market. There he specialized in industrial properties, managing transactions for local, national, and international clients.
Now Andrew happily brings his commercial expertise back to the region he loves, leading the Duke Company’s coverage of the West Bloomfield and Farmington Hills markets. With that expertise, he wants to shoulder the stress any transaction entails and manage it professionally so that his clients can enjoy the process. Because his clients are Andrew’s top business priority. Working with them to build communities in Southeast Michigan where everyone thrives is why he’s returned. And why he’ll stay. After the workday, look for Andrew coaching Brighton High School’s golf team or leading Younglife clubs.
