Job Description:

Commercial Real Estate firm seeks an energetic individual to join a high-volume sales team as a sales support team member. This position is best for those with strong organizational skills, marketing, and graphic design skills, with an understanding of databases, client maintenance, and customer service. Excellent writing skills with an emphasis on attention to detail are critical. While cold calling and phone skills may not be a daily occurrence, they are a must-have. Many tasks will be related to supporting 3-5 very productive salespersons all working together on common goals. Instincts for the selling process and adapting it to various problems will be important.

Responsibilities Include:

This individual must be ready to be an original thinker and prepared for the following daily functions:

  • Prepare marketing materials for listings
  • Research property owner information and update a database
  • Prepare proposals and valuations for new prospective clients
  • Schedule property tours
  • Coordinate closings with clients and related parties
  • Update and maintain social media including LinkedIn and Blog entries
  • Prepare and edit legal documents such as listing agreements, purchase agreements, and commercial leases
  • Desktop publishing is a must
  • Great communication skills
  • A motivated personality will be key

Base salary will be $25,000.00 with monthly bonus potential totaling $45-$60,000.00 annually.
